Breakfast was amazing- choice, freshness, cleanliness, very helpful and pleasant staff and scrumptious pancakes. Handy location for bus into city centre and on straight route to the city and to access the beautiful countryside - A944 for all of this. Reception staff tried to help me find means of accessing ARI hospital but weren't sure but thanks to helpful bus drivers soon gained that information and confidence to use it. Would be excellent idea if handy info booklet containing information on use of buses to access locations as like me many wish to stay in.location not in city but with choice to use either own transport or public transport. Information on what is available on the excellent little shopping centre directly opposite the hotel would very welcome for those looking to buy gifts, essentials or things to take to hospital patients.

A great hotel, with superb customer service, gorgeous food (the breakfast is in buffet form - help yourself, and the standard full Scottish was OK, but if you really want a treat, ask for the Strawberry Cheesecake porridge. It was AMAZING!) Dinner in the hotel was delicious, the beds are comfy and the room was spacious enough for our needs. The air-conditioning was very welcome. It is perfectly placed with a small shopping centre opposite, a Costco 5 minutes down the road, and a bus stop right outside the hotel should you wish to go shopping in the city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the housekeepers has done amazing job the room was very clean, the staff was very honest especially about fire alarm going off when their had someone to come in to fix it, this morning at breakfast the staff was honest telling me the chef was ill and left work, their still done breakfast best their could, I couldnt fault them, the staff did made me and my mum feel we/come, I 1000000% recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again

We got the last room available within 50 miles at very short notice. The staff were welcoming. Our room had a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa already made up, which my husband volunteered to sleep on. Both of us had the best night's sleep in many hotel stays! Decent sized bathroom. I think the room was called a superior double. The lift was fast and the staff in the dining room/bar were very pleasant.

Staff were fantastic, from reception to the housekeeping team, all very friendly. Food in the restaurant was very good quality and a good price. Breakfast was great too, well worth getting up for. Great location for a small shopping centre and an Aldi if you need some bits for your stay. The bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and a nice shower with soft towels.
